Peso circa 73‑74 kg e corro circa 10 km al giorno con le Brooks Glycerin GTS 24. Il modello è molto avvolgente e la vestibilità è buona; mi sento stabile grazie al supporto antipronazione. Posso usarle tranquillamente per corse di medio e lungo raggio, fino a circa 20 km, quindi le consiglierei per allenamenti quotidiani, mezze maratone o lunghe uscite di fondo. L’unico aspetto negativo è la durata: mi sembra che l’intersuola si consumi più rapidamente rispetto ad altri modelli, quindi la resistenza nel tempo è limitata.
